Schematic Master Planning

HHC can be involved in the development of a site from the earliest planning stages.  We will work with the owner and civil engineer to provide a schematic site plan that effectively meets the constraints of the site while offering the best possible solutions for parking, traffic flow and building orientation based on our working knowledge of the needs of the industry.
