10,000 SF of high-end showroom within a 45,000 SF Design/Build facility that also included contractor sales. HHC provided the design of the showroom, finishes, merchandising display vignettes, and worked with Kohler for a portion of the showroom. Architectural, Structural and MEP design services were provided by HHC. The building was load bearing tilt-wall concrete; conventionally framed.
